Terms & Conditions

Requestor shall be deemed as the not-for-profit entity named on the DragonSearch LLC (“DS”) online grant application form (“Requestor” or “Recipient”).

Requestor hereby acknowledges and agrees that its submission of a grant
request does not obligate DS in any way to award any or all portions of the
request. DS shall determine grant awards at its sole discretion. No other
terms and conditions shall apply unless executed in writing by the parties.
The terms and conditions of this grant request are a binding agreement, if and when, DS determines to award a grant of services, and upon Requestor’s click, or signature, acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Award”). At such time, the DS approved grant form elements, including but not limited to the notification of grant award (“Approved Elements”) shall be incorporated and become a part of this agreement (“Agreement”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHOULD A GRANT BE AWARDED.

1. Requestor has or will apply for a Google Grant.  DS may assist as needed in the application process.
2. DS cannot guarantee acceptance into the Google Grants program.  If Recipient is not accepted the grant may be withdrawn.
3. DS will provide 3 months of professional management service to Recepient.  At the end of this 3 month period DS is under no obligation to continue to provide services.
4. Recipient is under no obligation to continue to use DS services beyond the term of the grant.
5. The rate at which service may be continued beyond the term of the grant will be determined at the sole discretion of DS.
